The primary subject or the key visual element of the photograph must be water in any of its fluid, solid, or gaseous forms and states.

Focus: Judging emphasizes creativity in capturing the texture, reflection, dynamics, or serenity of water. The theme includes majestic natural landscapes (oceans, rivers, lakes, waterfalls), macro and close-up shots (raindrops, dew, waves, frozen ice textures), underwater photography, as well as conceptual and abstract representations of water.

Style and Adjustments: All photographic genres are permitted – from classic long-exposure landscapes (the "silky water" effect) to high-speed action freezing splash details. Standard post-processing is allowed, and entries can be submitted in color or monochrome.

Not Allowed: Images where water is a purely incidental, barely visible, or insignificant element within the frame. Incorporating third-party digital elements or images generated entirely by Artificial Intelligence (AI) is prohibited.
