The primary visual element and core structural focus of the photograph must be distinct shapes or three-dimensional forms – whether geometric (circles, squares, triangles) or organic (natural, irregular, and fluid contours).

Focus: Judging emphasizes graphic impact, spatial balance, symmetry or asymmetry, and minimalism. The focus is on how light, shadow, or color define the contours of an object, transforming it into a pure visual statement. Subjects can be found anywhere: in modern architecture, natural patterns (leaves, shells, hill silhouettes), industrial design, or abstract studio setups.

Style and Adjustments: All genres are permitted – from macro close-ups to wide architectural views and silhouettes. Monochrome (black and white) photography is highly encouraged as it strips away color distractions to reveal pure form, though color entries are equally welcome. Standard post-processing is allowed.

Not Allowed: Cluttered images that lack a clear, dominant shape or form guiding the composition. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is prohibited.
