Birds

The primary subject of the photograph must be a bird (or a group of birds) captured in their natural habitat, urban environment, or controlled settings.

Focus: The image should highlight bird behavior, action (e.g., birds in flight), portraits, unique plumage, or interaction with the environment.

Allowed: Wild birds, urban wildlife, and birds in nature reserves or parks.

Not Allowed: Domesticated poultry (chickens, farm ducks, etc.) and caged pets, unless a specific "Domestic Animals" sub-category is stated.

Editing: Standard adjustments (crop, contrast, sharpness, exposure) are permitted, but heavy digital manipulation that alters the reality of the scene (adding or removing elements) is strictly prohibited.
